Tim Dahltorp is the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at BryterCX. In this role, he has responsibility for the Product, Engineering, IT, and Finance operations of the business. Prior to BryterCX, Tim has held C-Level positions with both public and private firms in various industries, ranging in size from $25 million to $750 million in annual revenues, with a demonstrated history of driving shareholder value. Additionally, Tim has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having led multiple purchase or sale transactions.
David Lambert is the Chief Revenue Officer at BryterCX, responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and leading Global Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Services and Marketing. Prior to BryterCX, David held positions of increasing responsibility with leading technology and services firms Accenture, Cognizant and IBM where he developed global businesses from $30 Million to over $180 Million in growth. During the course of his career, he has been instrumental in bringing his extensive strategy and technology expertise to help build high-performance revenue teams.
Eric Smith is an experienced leader focusing on people, processes and product to create empowered, high functioning teams. He has helped to grow and develop engineering teams through effective culture building and improved hiring practices, including taking a small team into a department with more than 200 people at one organization. Eric’s experience is diverse and includes leading companies through transformations, optimizations, partnerships, and rapid growth. His extensive experience in new product development launches from conception through production optimization has helped shape many products with annualized revenues totaling more than $1 billion per year. Through his pragmatic leadership and keen technical awareness, he has enabled teams to solve complex challenges with innovative and scalable solutions, utilizing the right technology to solve the right problem at the right time.
Mike Flynn co-founded VelocityEHS in 2000. VelocityEHS was a first mover in delivering a true SaaS platform that offers a suite of connected tools sets, content and analytics to support onerous OSHA and EPA regulated safety, compliance and training obligations across a wide range of service and manufacturing verticals. Mike was passionate about the mission of building a company, leading teams charged with understanding customer problems and delivering winning solutions for those problems. His leadership resulted in a business that built $100 million in annual recurring revenue, has over 500 employees and led to two successful investor exits.
Katina Lundberg, PHR is the Vice President of Human Resources at BryterCX where she leads programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience. She has proven results with building high performing teams, redesigning total rewards programs and implementation of values and engagement programs. Her work to redesign the recruiting model and strategy at BryterCX has improved the quality of hires to elevate talent. Katina’s leadership in building the organizational values and engagement program has led to positive outcome for BryterCX, including high results on the annual employment engagement survey. As a member of the executive team, Katina contributes directly to long and short-term strategic objectives of the organization, including mergers and acquisitions, while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She has over 20 years of human resources experience with 13 years in leadership roles. Prior to joining BryterCX, she was an independent consultant helping to shape human resource programs in tech companies.
